Convention Centers, Visitors Bureaus or Chambers of Commerce need tools to attract Events to the area in a tough economic climate. By offering better convenience to Event managers, municipalities are more likely to get chosen over lesser venues.
When groups come to a city and have to find arrangements from a long list of hotels, hours are spent calling around for rooms, checking on availability, matching rooms with visitor needs (smoking/non-smoking, handicapped access, etc), and reviewing rates and locations.

This web application is hosted on our server but integrated with the organization's website, thereby allowing visitors to review available rooms, select rooms by date and hotel, make reservations, supply contact information, and securely submit credit card information with little effort.
